The staff were incredibly nice, always willing to help, and the manager, Olga, was caring and attentive. The hotel was big, clean, and comfortable with spacious rooms. The price was amazingly cheap, making it a great value for money. The location was convenient, close to the train and bus station, local market, and shops. The staff spoke English well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and shops that this vibrant city has to offer. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent room service and the housekeeping was second to none. We were truly impressed by their attention to detail and the level of professionalism displayed throughout our stay.

Security guards are not very nice. They should treat guests with more respect. They offended me and they always try to cheat you for money, for example by ordering taxies for you and charge twice as much so they can keep half for themselves.

During my recent stay at a hotel in a good location with friendly staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. The check-in process was quick and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a lunch box when I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to my early departure. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a late breakfast start time and some cleaning issues, overall I had a nice vacation. I would recommend this hotel for its reasonable price, convenient location, and English-speaking staff.

Excellent location - right near bus and train station (which actually you do not hear during your stay). Also great for those who come to Odessa for all kind of shopping.

It is also too close to large and very entertaining food market but at the night time a lot of stray dogs made a concert which even airconditioner can't beat! Also hotel should change door keys which are very fragile and ready to brake

We really enjoyed our city break at this hotel. It was very modern and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to public transport and close to the beach. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food.

some staff are rude, others are nice, staffs need to be hospitable, I do not like it when staffs are rude if they are doing me a favor by renting me a room. lighten up girls ! a smile would not kill you !

This hotel is conveniently located near a bustling market and the train station. Despite being near a tram stop, noise was not an issue during my stay. The rooms were spacious, with a big balcony and comfortable bed. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and the breakfast was tasty.
